Antoine is a barber located in Pittsburgh , Pa. His company Hairgang is home to many of the Pittsburgh Steelers coaching staff and players including All pro running back Leveon Bell. Due to his occupation and extreme demand , his days usually consist of non stop work, with little to no time to gather or prepare food therefore resulting in fast food and additional poor nutrtional choices . With the assistance of Chef Jae & Co Antoine is currently down ~8% BF , 20-22lbs ,  increased muscle mass while also making strength gains. Here at DPD we do value our pro athletes however you don't have to be an athelte in order to #TrainDynamic.
THE TAKEOVER CAMP/SEMINAR 2019
Dynamic Performance Development travels down to South Florida to host their annual camp/seminar. The event included baseline flexibility and mobility modalities, strength training, and on field drills/stations to improve sports performance. The seminar included a variety of speakers, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, fitness professionals, educators, financial consultants, celebrity barbers, private chefs, local police department, and more. The event concluded with suprise release of Howard's first book "So Now What" which is available in our shop section.

DPD visits Plantation high school for "The Takeover" which its Camp / Seminar June 18th ,2018. The camp included on field agility, position technique drills coached by pro athletes, competition circuits, and more. The event concludes with its seminar portion with speakers from various professions such private chefs, celebrity barbers, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, police officers, along with more.
